'Teen Mom 2' due date is January

MTV is delivering a new batch of "Teen Mom."

The network has already begun shooting a second season of its reality show using girls from their "16 and Pregnant" cast, EP Morgan J. Freeman confirms to USA Today.

"Teen Mom 2" will debut on Jan. 11.

The original "Teen Mom" cast -- Maci Bookout, Catelynn Lowell, Farrah Abraham and Amber Portwood -- are also still in the mix for "Teen Mom 3," but it's not clear when that will be done gestating.

"We're doing some continuous-type shooting with the original 'Teen Mom' [cast]," says Freeman, "but nothing's been announced yet about what we'll do with that."
