Look, we get that it's the in thing to hate on Justin Bieber. After his American Music Awards show, the obsessive "marry-me-Justin" tweets were outnumbered only by the "Justin-is-a-girl" tweets and the more aggressive "F***-you-Justin" tweets.(P.S., if you're cursing out a teen pop star on Twitter... take a look in the mirror. Re-evaluate your situation. Maybe get a job. We hear online dating services work for the unlikeliest of candidates.)
Here's the thing, though: we just can't dislike him. Sure, he may be a little overrated, but nobody who makes that kind of money isn't underrated. He's talented, he keeps his nose clean, and he wears extremely shiny sneakers. What's not to love?
Though Bieber usually does Timberlake/Usher inspired dance performances, tonight he busted out his ballad, "Pray," complete with a Gospel chorus and earnest, near-tears emo facial expressions... and we thought it was phenomenal.

I think Justin Bieber was AMAZING, he looked like he put all his emotions/feelings into that song and sang it with all his heart. My personal opinion was the way he sang it, fantastic, phenomenal, spectacular, unforgettable, etc. ;D I love you Justin(:

Good grief... What a dreadful, over done, tone deaf performance. Sorry little girls around the globe, it was honestly awful. I usually find something to like in his performances but this was a train wreck. Period. Stick to pop Justin, you don't have the chops to tackle gospel.

Stick to the bubblegum songs that make the young girls scream.
It was like a wanna be Michael Jackson moment. White open shirt, choir, and personal quest song for the betterment of mankind. He should stay within his age level for song choices. Hard to believe a 16 year old pop star is all choked up about the world. Unbeiberable!
As a performance it was awesome. He really did put a lot of emotion into the song. He seems like a good kid with has a big heart and the song has a great message, however, his vocals are not that impressive. He sounds kind of nasally and whiny. I mean he's not the worst singer out there but he really is not that great when it comes to his voice.

Heck no, this boy copied MJ's 1988 Grammy epic performance of Man In The Mirror. -.- That pissed me off. He can't even pull it off. He sucks!
