CBS continues to find new comedy ideas on the Internet. The network has just bought a series concept from Ashton Kutcher's Katalyst Productions and the Schiff Co. based on the blog and Twitter feed Dear Girls Above Me. Dear Girls Above Me is written by a guy who's driven to distraction by the ditzy roommates living in the condo above him. Unlike "$#*! My Dad Says," or the recently sold "Shh ... Don't Tell Steve," however, the entries often derive humor from our unnamed protagonist's reactions and not just the quotes. [The Live Feed]
On Oct. 18, Bret Michaels returns to VH1 with a new reality show, "Life As I Know It." But this time, rather than tip back bottles of champagne and keep the Jacuzzi bubbling all night with a houseful of scantily clad rocker babes, the new show's focus is on only three young ladies: longtime girlfriend Kristi Lynn Gibson and their two daughters, Raine and Jorja. However, tempting groupies are never far from the scene. [THR]
Great news, "Being Erica" fans: the show is coming back for a third season! SOAPnet will be airing 13 brand new episodes of Erica and Tom time-traveling fun in early 2011. "Transformation" is the theme. [SOAPNet]

SUPER - Love the great news about David James Elliott returning - was very disappointed that the show SCOUNDRELS didn't make it - eventhough I must admit that show sucked big time. Hope he will be back at least semi-permanent on CSI-NY. THAT would rock. Miss him - miss JAG.
I would just like to say, I am definitely watching NCIS-NY on Jan. 7th. I really miss seeing David James Elliott and I am looking forward to seeing him. Please give him and his wife Nanci Chambers a show, like Hart to Hart or Mr. and Mrs. Smith. It would be great to see them together in a show. Lawyers, detectives, whatever. Just please bring them back.
