'Real Housewives D.C.'s' Cat Ommanney: The Salahis 'will get what's coming to them'
While all "The Real Housewives of D.C." felt personally affected by Michaele Salahi and her husband Tareq's sideshow - Lynda Erkiletian even told us she wouldn't return if they were part of the cast - Cat Ommanney may have been the only one whose life was directly affected by their antics.
Her invitation to The White House Christmas party was revoked and the fallout may have further ruptured her marriage, since her husband was a White House photojournalist.
And, yet, even after all that has gone down, Cat says she still doesn't understand what makes the couple tick. "Even a psychologist who studied them 365 days a year, I don't think, would get to understand them," Cat tells Zap2it. "All I understand is that they have absolutely no sense of reality whatsoever."
All season, Michaele and Tareq have promised the media and the show's fans that they would clear their name on the show. Yet, the proof that they were in fact invited to The White House State Dinner never quite materialized.
"What I took away from it when I watched," Cat tells us. "Tareq was s**tting himself in that limo. If you're going to The State Dinner, you wouldn't be s**tting yourself. You would be very excited. But he was s**tting himself, because he knew he wasn't invited."
Cat says the Salahis didn't produce any more proof during the reunion special, either. "They just brought on a load of crumbled up emails, which meant nothing," she says. "No one is fooled by them. They didn't have a seat at the table because they weren't invited."
Lynda maybe half-joked that she felt the Salahis should serve jail time while she watched their congressional hearing. Yet, even though Cat was directly affected by the Salahis' actions, she believes in karma.
"I think they will reap what they sow in life," she says. "And I'm sad that the White House made mistakes that night, which I'm sure, not as sad as they are. I think [Michael and Tareq] will get what's coming to them in the end just through their own behavior."

So true, I believe the same thing you do reap what you sow and karma is a b%$ch it will come back to you in a bad way, it is just a matter of time. As for the cast, I can relate to Cat Lynda and Stacie, with Cat & Lynda out spoken tell it like it is and take no BS from anyone, is what I like and it shows that you are down to earth especially when you yourself can admit to what you do and who you are and not apologize for and that is what I call being real and being real to others to me that's cool, that's how I am. Michaela, well what can I say she is nothing but fake, sorry she is just fake all the way. Her husband is also fake and a controller and that is so obivious. The thing is that everybody else sees it but her and her husband, they don't speak the truth about anything they are not sincere at all and that is so disturbing and not right, but hey I'm not God, so I leave it up to him, He's the one to judge, me I just sit here and wait till it happens, that's all. To Cat, hey I get you and about the relationship I can see what you mean I'm going through that now the problem is that it took 23 yrs to realize and to lose everything, everything I'm 46 and got to start over, it's a b#@ch, but with my family & close friends I think I can do it, and know you will too, To Lynda, you're right you don't need to get married it's true having that it's like having another kid, worst I think, stay independent and doing your thing continue being you I think you're great, To Stacie, happy you found your dad and that you are all in touch with all your extended family, that is the best news to hear and I am so happy for you and your family, To Mary, you're cool lay back and I understand the being close with your daughter, I have one she's 29 & have 2 grandsons I love my daughter and yes you will do anything because your family helped you and trust me that is what family do for eachother, it is unconditional love as long the teaching of being responsible with good morals and good upbringing there is no problem, so it is cool with how you are with your kids, I think you are all great please continue success.

The Salahi's need serious help. They are delusional, liars and need serious help.
It's their business if Tareq 1) accuses Mary's daughter of a crime, 2) assaults Lynda with a glass of wine 3) gets Cat disinvited to an event with her husband because they are a couple of a-holes.
What a bunch of hateful hags.I am so glad this show is over. Who would have thought that Michaele would end up being the classiest of the bunch. They all need to go back to virginia and leave D.C. alone!!!!

I have to disagree with most of these posts. The Salahi's are reaping what they sow. First of all, I feel bad for Michaele if she really does have MS. But seriously, waiting till now? Using the disease as an excuse? Blah blah blah, "i"m protecting my wife becase she has MS?" Come on people. Tarque doesn't have any more tricks up his sleeve so he has to use the MS card? I think when she cried after being asked if she ever goes out without her husband was the first, the FIRST, time she had any real human reaction. I believe she cried because she is crying out for help because he doesn't allow her to go out alone. Get help Michaele, there are shelters for women like you. Go back to your Mom's where you can be safe and cared for and not used and abused.
