'Modern Family' Halloween first-look pictures from Twitter

"Modern Family" is getting spookified, and we're loving it.

If you haven't already noticed from all the zombies gathering (like "The Walking Dead" promo), Halloween is almost here, and America's favorite family is dressing up.

Apparently, the cast got an early start Monday (Oct. 4) to shoot their Halloween episode and couldn't contain their excitement about their costumes. Eric Stonestreet (Cam), Sofia Vergara (Gloria) , Jesse Tyler Ferguson, and  Nolan Gould (Luke) jumped on Twitter to share their experiences.

We're so happy that stars have embraced camera phones and Twitter. Enjoy!

The show's script coordinator Clint McCray also shares a tweet: "So it looks like no one will be surprised when they see the MODERN FAMILY cast's Halloween costumes when the show airs."

"Modern Family" airs on Wednesdays on ABC.
