'Dancing With the Stars': Rick Fox teases 200th episode, Team Yamaguchi's dance

A member of the Season 11's top 6, and a bit of a giant among all previous competitors, Rick Fox has already earned his place in the "Dancing With the Stars" history books -- so he should feel right at home during the series alumni-filled 200th episode.

Zap2it sat down with Fox just before his appearance on the KTLA Morning Show, and though he couldn't reveal much about what to expect from the anniversary, we did glean a few spoilers about champs Apolo Ohno and Kristi Yamaguchi's team dance battle.

"Our team is Kristi Yamaguchi's team," Rick tells us, "and we'll be performing the cha cha to her freestyle with Mark Ballas, the Michael Jackson performance..."

What's that? Rick wouldn't say any more -- contestants are given the strictest instructions not to talk about song choices before the Monday broadcast -- but Ballas and Yamaguchi have a history with MJ. The duo choreographed their Season 6 finale freestyle to the singer's "Day and Night." Sounds like they'll be reprising it. (If you don't remember, click here for a grainy walk down memory lane.)

Looking ahead to the rest of the season, Rick continues to charismatically walk the line between diplomacy and confidence, still considering himself his biggest competition. "The intensity of recovering, resting, engaging with the media, finding a way to learn a dance in for days," says Fox. "It's challenging mentally, physically, emotionally... all of the 'lys.'"

With new genres each week, there's also still that fear of the unknown. "I've noticed for all of us, from week to week," says Fox, "you can just run into a dance that isn't suited to your body."

Let's hope his is suited to Week 7's cha-cha-cha.
