Conan O'Brien will drive off a cliff for you

How much does Conan O'Brien want you to watch his new show on TBS? So much that he's willing to risk life and limb for your entertainment.

The latest promo for "Conan" on TBS is playing in Regal Cinemas theaters across the country, and it's appropriately action-packed. In it, Conan throws his stuntman to the side, then proceeds to drive a 1969 Dodge Dart over a cliff.

The car, by the way, has 80 pounds of plastic explosives in the trunk, a backseat full of fireworks and 600 pounds of unpopped popcorn under the hood and is doused in gasoline.

OK, so maybe it wasn't actually O'Brien at the wheel. But it's a fun two minutes nonetheless. "Conan" debuts Nov. 8 on TBS.

WHOA, WAIT A SECOND!!! YOU WRECKED A DART!? SERIOUSLY, I WOULD'VE KILLED FOR THAT!! Pointless automobile destruction aside, good promo. Why a Dart?

There is nothing Conan can do to get me to watch his new show. I tried his late late night version and found it boring. I tried his version of The Tonight Show and found it totally unfunny. It was kind of creepy and uncomfortable watching him mug, gesture and spout gibberish while trying to be funny.

He should invite Bill O'Reilly on and walk out on him.

@No Deal and Clay

I've found that the preference for Conan is more of an age thing than anything else. Everyone I know who loves Conan (myself included) is younger, those that can't stand him are usually of the older set. Either way its simply personal preference.

I agree with No Deal. I've tried to see what's so funny about O' Brian and so far I found nothing. He's not funny, he's boring and weird.

I loveeeeee conan and cant wait for the show to start.

@Beens

Yes, I totally agree. I am an avid late-night talk show watcher and I have noticed that the general divide between audiences is age. I usually catch Conan, Stewart and Colbert and those shows are very strong with the under-30 crowd. I think it's just a matter of demographics.

Well beens I'm only 23 and still he's not funny to me
