Conan O'Brien lathers up for a TBS promo

It's not an image from some weird nightmare (or, if you're into that sort of thing, happy dream). It's just the latest ad for Conan O'Brien's TBS show -- and the first one that actually features him on camera.

In the 30-second spot, a still-bearded O'Brien writhes around in soapy water as "Pour Some Sugar on Me" plays. It's the classic hot-girl-washing-her-car setup, except that it's, you know, Conan. And the car is his talk-show desk. And he takes a bite of the sponge.

"Conan" premieres at 11 p.m. ET Nov. 8.
