'30 Rock' preview: Mr. Donaghy goes to Washington, meets Queen Latifah
Things tend to not go very well for Jack (Alec Baldwin) when he makes it down to the nation's capital. Remember the gay bomb?
And it looks as though they won't get any better on the Oct. 7 "30 Rock" episode, "Let's Stay Together," when the NBC/KableTown merger requires him to testify before Congress.
Naturally, the congresspeople are Queen Latifah and Rob Reiner -- neither of whom are very impressed with the network's ethnic diversity.
Jack brings representative Regina Bookman (Latifah) back to 'TGS' to convince her of the their breadth of programming, with Tracy:
Latifah's cameo looks likely to overshadow Reiner's, but that's not really his fault. He shares his scene with Jonathan (Maulik Pancholy), who's been regretably absent since last season. Jonathan!

Can someone please tell everyone at NBC that no one watches their Thursday night line up because it sucks. All their shows should be;
Canceled
Actors/Actreses fired & blacklisted
Sets burned to the ground
Jeff Zucker found & beaten
Alex, if you don't like their Thursday lineup (not including Outsourced), you clearly don't have a sense of humor. Perhaps you need a laugh track to know when to laugh.
