'The Cleveland Show': Season 2 brings Justin Timberlake, Kanye and ... Barack Obama?

"The Cleveland Show" kicks off its second season on Sunday (Sept. 26) with guest appearances by Kanye West and the president of the United States.

OK, so Barack Obama didn't actually record a voice-over for the show, but cast member Kevin Michael Richardson does a more-than-passable impression of the president, as you can see at the start of the video above. Richardson, who also voices Cleveland Jr. and Lester on the show, says he wasn't sure he could do Obama's voice until he attended a benefit and heard him speak in person.

"Oooohhh," co-creator and voice of Cleveland Mike Henry says to that.

Henry and Richardson were guests on the "KTLA Morning Show" Thursday to talk about the new season, as well as a live reading of an episode Thursday night at the Paley Center in Los Angeles. (Henry, Richardson, fellow cast members Sanaa Lathan and Reagan Gomez-Preston and recurring guest Craig Robinson are all scheduled to be there.)

Henry and Richardson also tell Zap2it that Season 2 of "Cleveland" will feature guest appearances by Carl Reiner (as a member of Rallo's posse), hip-hop artist T-Pain, NBA star Kevin Garnett and Justin Timberlake -- who, Henry says, will play a "singing booger." He explains more in the video above.

Their KTLA segment is below. "The Cleveland Show" premieres at 8:30 p.m. ET Sunday on FOX.

I bet Richardson can do an excellent impersonation of Obama; he does a great job on everything else! I’m glad The Cleveland Show got renewed for a second season. At first I was skeptical about the show, but it works on so many levels! I can’t say enough good things about it, pure entertainment! I have been a fan since I watched the pilot episode, and now that I have Sling technology with DISH Network, I never miss any episodes. I live a very busy life and I use my iPhone to see his shows while on my lunch break at work. Being that I am an employee and customer of DISH I can’t recommend the TV Everywhere feature enough to anyone with a busy lifestyle.
