We're just going to let Kanye West's exclusive MTV sneak peek of his new video "Runaway" speak for itself ... mainly because we have no idea what's going on.

It's certainly cinematic. Somehow, we're afraid if we see any more, it would be disappointing. Who needs lyrics? We got enough of an earful with last night's performance at the VMAs (relive the best and worst moments)... Just sayin'.
