'90210' first look: 'Entourage's' Adrian Grenier performs at Naomi's birthday

Even when Naomi Clark (played by AnnaLyne McCord) is broke, she does everything big -- i.e. asking the Kardashians to "lend" her a dress -- so on her 18th birthday her trust fund kicks in and she's ready to make her birthday bash huge.

Zap2it posted the first pics from Naomi's super sweet 18 bash. Surrounded with her face on everything, an ice sculpture and wait for it... a black panther, there is still one element that's missing - the big musical act.
