'The Life and Times of Tim' lives again
"The Life and Times of Tim" still has some life left in it after all.HBO, which canceled the series earlier this year, has reversed course and decided to order a third season of "Tim." Like the first two seasons, Season 3 will run for 10 episodes, Deadline.com reports.
"Tim" joins a roster of canceled-then-resurrected animated series that also includes "Family Guy" and "Futurama" -- although unlike those shows, its fans won't have to wait years between new episodes. HBO hasn't set a return date yet, but it's conceivable the show could be back in the lineup in 2011.
Steve Dildarian created the show and does the voice of Tim, whose life is a series of small humiliations that snowball into big ones. It's produced by MRC, which also makes the already-renewed "Ricky Gervais Show" for HBO.
Are you happy to have "Tim" back?

YESS!!! This is GREAT news. was so sad to hear it was canceled.
Yes! I was so mad at HBO for canceling this clever show. It's one of the few good shows HBO has to offer right now.
YES, I am so excited to hear this! Signs of intelligent life at HBO!! The show is absolutely brilliant and always hilarious.
OMG I just found this out! That's great news!! I only discovered it mid season two and when I found out it was not coming back for a third season, just like Flight of the Conchords and Ali G* before it, I was choked at HBO.
*Had Ali G come back for a 3rd season, we may not have gotten Borat and Bruno movies, so maybe that was for the best, although I found Da Ali G show to be a little smarter than the Borat film, and way smarter than Bruno film.
WHEN?!? WHEN?!? WHEN?!?
"Tim!!!!"
