Antonio Sabato Jr. heads to 'Bones', disgruntled flight attendant gets reality TV offer
There's a little something for everyone today -- especially lovers of watching people embarrass themselves on garish obstacle courses:
It's like the old saying... the wind from one door closing opens an Antonio Sabato Jr. The now Situation-less "Jersey Shore" episode of "Bones" cast the soap star as a "guido bouncer" Booth and Brennan question in Season 6's Jersey-tastic murder investigation. [TV Guide]
Former JetBlue flight attendant Steven Slater, who became a folk hero earlier in August for his dramatic resignation, is apparently in talks to host his own reality show featuring disgruntled workers quitting their jobs. The offer is said to be contingent on him not being revealed as a total jerk and a phony. [TMZ]
ABC's obstacle course competition "Wipeout" will return for another season. Indifferent viewers everywhere not motivated enough to rejoice. [THR]
Years before John Stamos signed on for Season 2 of "Glee," he was apparently approached by creator Ryan Murphy to do another series. Though it never got out of discussions, it would have featured Stamos as a male prostitute who counseled clients on how to set their marriages straight. [E! Online]
