Meet "America's Next Top Model" contestant Ann -- she's 6'2 and appears to weigh about 98 lbs (if you count her chunky jewelry). No seriously, she has like an 18-inch waist. Tyra is going to have quite the love-hate relationship with this one.Ann is probably just what they're looking for this season -- an impossibly thin, freaky-looking girl who will take amazing pictures. Perfect for Italian Vogue, which is the prize for this cycle's winner.
We hope they do a safari-themed shoot and make Ann a giraffe -- and we say this as a tall woman, so nothin' but love for you, Ann! "America's Next Top Model" premieres on Wednesday, Sept. 8 at 8 p.m. ET.

Let's hope they don't start promoting not eating in order to look like this. That is just way too scary and unhealthy and Banks needs to address this.
She looks perfectly healthy to me, and she lacks the "look" of someone with an eating disorder (i.e. bony, puffy face, etc). She just has a very slim body-type.
Are they certain she wasn't beamed down from another planet? This takes "exotic" to a whole new level.
You all seriously need to shut the f up. You guys that are making fun of her are probably just jealous because she got on tv. why don't you quit hiding behind the keyboard and actually do something like she is doing. she deserves this completely.
I don't think anyone is making fun of her, it's just that she's so tall and should weigh more than the 100 pds she looks like she weighs. I really hope Tyra tells the other girls and girls that are watching the show that this is not 'normal' for every girl and hopefully she'll tell this young girl to eat.

Just because you’re thin, doesn’t mean you aren’t beautiful. Some people are naturally thin; not everyone can be fatasses. Ann personifies an ideology that is much bigger than her weight: awkward is beautiful, different is good. THAT is why she’s a front runner, idiots.
