'True Blood's' Rutina Wesley on being tied up, James Frain and her summer jam

Zap2it chatted up "True Blood's" beautiful Rutina Wesley (who plays unlucky in love Tara Thornton) after her interview on the KTLA News Morning Show on Friday (July 16). Of course, Rutina is thrilled that the show is nominated for an Emmy, breaking the "vampire curse."
We chatted about Tara's new love interest (please read the sarcasm), James Frain who plays the sexually deviant Franklin Mott. KTLA showed a clip with Frain that featured Rutina's trademark, "What? You cray cray" look, so we had to ask her to reenact it for us. She also gave us a little insight into how Tara will handle the situation (Hint: "She's a fighter").
As always, Zap2it had to represent for its readers. So, we asked your questions about whether Tara and Sam have a future together and why she and her mom just can't get along. And, by fan request, we asked Wesley what her summer jams are.

I really wish they had explored more of Sam and Tara's relationship possibilities rather than just tossing it off to the side like they did. I really hope they get back to that. Sam and Tara would be awesome together.
