Simon Cowell being sued by 'Britain's Got Talent' contestant

"American Idol," and "The X Factor" mogul Simon Cowell's snarky remarks are catching up with him -- in the form of a lawsuit by a former "Britain's Got Talent" contestant, reports the Hollywood Reporter.Emma Amelia Pearl Czikai, who appeared on the show in 2009, is suing Cowell, the show and its judges for "exploitation, humiliation, degradation and barbarism." She is also claiming discrimination for the show not making adjustments for her disability. Czikai suffers from cervical spine neuritis, which can cause head and shoulder pain. She says the show should have lowered the level of backing music and microphone levels due to her condition.
Czikai is seeking $3.8 million in damages -- roughly $450,000 for injured feelings, $1.5 million for compensation and $1.9 million in loss of earnings. She claims that if she is awarded any money, it will go to charity.

Really? She is suing because she was made to look a fool of in front of the British public? I would need for her to sit her tail down somewhere and get a life. She chose to go on the tele knowing full well she had NO TALENT AT ALL!!

$1.9 million in lost earnings? I doubt she would have made that much money in her entire life. Besides, the contract she had to sign gave permission for the show to use footage of her however they wanted, plus the show has been on the air for many years and thus people know what to expect from the judges.
I hate these type of law suites--she is the one that should be sued along with the Lawyer that takes on the case-simple as that
she should not have gone on the show if she cannot take what the judges tell her. she knows what Simon was like. she is just looking for money, even tho she said that all money she receives will go to charity.
