'Law & Order: SVU': 'Lost' star Henry Ian Cusick to guest star

Desmond is headed to NYC! "Lost's" time traveler Henry Ian Cusick will guest star on two or more episodes of "Law & Order: SVU" this fall, reports TV Guide. Cusick will play a graphic artist named Erik Weber, who might have a bit of a flirtation with Olivia Benson (Mariska Hargitay), ending her long love-life dry spell. "There might be some flirtation," says executive producer Neal Baer. "Erik meets Olivia when he comes to someone's aid. And then we'll see how it goes. Olivia is devoted to her job and knows that comes first."
According to Baer, Cusick was cast because he is "a sharp, smart leader and very charismatic." Now that Cusick is signed on, the "SVU" team is looking for a "big-name female" to join the cast, since Sharon Stone has finished her run. Any suggestions?

Oh, that would be too funny to have "Penny" be the new cast member. I can't think of her real name, but didn't she move on to Flashforward or V? I guess they are both gonners, so maybe she is available. If not, then there's always Betty White.Everyone seems to be wanting her this year. LOL
