'Desperate Housewives': Brian Austin Green moving to Wisteria Lane

There's been buzz throughout the week that Brian Austin Green ("Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" and "Beverly Hills, 90210") was in the running for a role on "Desperate Housewives." Now, Access Hollywood confirms that the 36-year-old actor will indeed be on a the series for a multi-episode arc in the upcoming seventh season. An ABC rep tells the site that the grown-up David Silver will be being playing a sexy contractor, who starts to get attention from several of the neighbors on Wisteria Lane. And given the construction gig, we have to wonder if this means he'll be somehow introduced via plumber Mike Delfino (James Denton).
Green is no stranger to the attention of beautiful women, having recently wed actress Megan Fox in Hawaii a few weeks back. And he's also not the only new addition to "Desperate Housewives" this season. Now that both Dana Delany and Drea de Matteo have departed TV's most popular cul-de-sac, Vanessa Williams ("Ugly Betty") will join the series as a regular in the fall.

God, please tell me that his skanky new wife isn't going to be on the show. EVER.
"Green is no stranger to the attention of beautiful women..." WTF? That thing he married is not "beautiful." She looks like a gutter ho. The women on DH are beautiful. His ho wife should be jealous of him hanging out with those classy, attractive ladies.
I say who cares...this show became uninteresting to me after it's 3rd season.
Have Marcia Cross blow up the cul-de-sac, and i'll probably tune in for that...but otherwise this show is duller than watching paint peel.
He had a child with Vanessa Marcil who is very beautiful.
For the series finale Marcia Cross has to blow up the lane, we all know she is good at blowing things up :)
