News from around the TV world, served up bite-sized:Brody Jenner has revealed an alternate "Hills" finale ending -- one that featured him with former "Hills" star Lauren Conrad. But what about the "Scooby Doo" ending? [Celebuzz]
Popular Disney Channel show "Phineas and Ferb" are welcoming some big guest stars in August. "Summer Belongs to You," airing Aug. 2, will feature music legend Chaka Khan and "American Idol" Clay Aiken, while Aug. 16 episode "Nerds of a Feather" welcomes Seth MacFarlane and Kevin Smith. [Disney]
In more kids' news, a Pennsylvania lawmaker is looking into the Gosselin children's work permits. Again. And geez -- like those kids need anymore grief. [AP]
And in baby news, "Late Late Show" host Craig Ferguson and wife Megan Wallace are expecting -- he tweeted about a new Ferguson joining the family in 2011. What did we do before Twitter, guys? [Twitter]
