'Bones': Season premiere filming, cast and crew laughing it up

You feel that? There's something magical in the air. Something that can only be credited to the fact that somewhere on the 20th Century Fox lot -- possibly behind the facade of the Royal Diner -- Booth and Brennan (or, rather, their real life counterparts David Boreanaz and Emily Deschanel) are together again.

Yes, "Bones" is officially in production, and cast and crew giddily tweeted about the start of season 6 throughout their first day. And the recurring theme? These guys really get a kick out of each other.

Creator and show-runner Hart Hanson might have been the most excited: "FIRST DAY OF SHOOTING, SEASON 6, "BONES"! (You can tell I'm excited by the capital letters. Or crazy.) DB already made me snort coffee."

He was quick to follow up that the snorting was laughter-induced -- something T.J. Thyne (aka Dr. Jack Hodgins) picked up on it as well: "The laughter on stage 6 is already audible across the lot to HOUSE. We are home. and oooo do we have good scenes for ya!!"

So is all of this lightheartedness a reflection of what we'll be seeing on the season premiere? We can only hope. Seven months away from her friends probably has Brennan reverted to season 2 level awkwardness, and the likely emergence of a new lady Booth won't go over too well with the rest of the Jeffersonian gang.

Only 64 days until we see for ourselves.

I really enjoy watching Bones and happy they are coming back soon. Why did Zach leave the show and will he ever returned.

Ahhh no one will possibly know how EXITED I am....
I remember, when I went to the fox lot a few months ago, I was at stage six , and Emily Deschanel passed right by me, and I almost fainted! A security man told me how wonderful the cast & crew of bones is, and how great they are. When ever I hear anything about the fox lot, it reminds me of that!

Words cannot describe how EXCITED I am!!!!!!! I am counting the days!!! Very sad bout Booth's new girlfriend bt I won't go on bout that cos I'll be commenting for ages!!!! How is it that every part of Emily is beautiful??!!! Season 6 HERE WE COME!!!!

howeverrrr-- i do NOT like the idea of booth bringing a girl home. that kind of upsets me.

I'm glad someone is enjoying the show. Work is hard to find so I do not wish any of them unemployment.

For those of you who love the latest seasons, rewatch the first one. But if you are posting positive responses because you are paid to, then nevermind. Unemployment is awful and kudos for scoring a job.

BONES is back! Great news. But a girlfriend for Booth? C'mon! That stinks in more ways than one. I thought the creators of BONES were more clever than to use a third-party-plot-device as a means to prolong the UST.

Oh yes, glad to hear the "Bones" gang is presently 'laughing it up' !! They can ENJOY IT while it lasts. In all honesty, the ratings have been continuing to plummet further ... so, it's very doubtful that there will be any more seasons in the future for this show. This "No. 6" should turn out to be the LAST ONE !! HURRAY !! Now, I'm so-ooo delightfully happy, that I'm 'laughing it up' too.


The BEST NEWS ... HH can't play anymore 'games' with that 'will they' OR 'won't they' saga. Finally, all us 'B&B shippers' can GET THE OUTCOME we have been 'ridiculously' waiting 'wayyyy, wayyyy, wayyyy, wayyyy, wayyyy' too long for.


Yes indeed. I'm doing cartwheel flips, 'forward and back' ... as that's what's exciting is seeing "Bones" end with B&B finally together 'as a couple' (in a relationship or better yet, marriage) ... AT LAST !!

I think is a good idea that Booth has a girlfriend... he hasn´t been with a girl for a long time! It will show him more "desireable" for Bones!
