2010 Do Something Awards winners

jane-lynch-do-something.jpgThe 2010 Do Something Awards, hosted by "Glee" star Jane Lynch, took place Monday (July 19) in Hollywood. Celebrities from various categories were honored, as well as five $10,000 grant winners, one of who was chosen to win the $100,000 grant prize.

In addition to the awards above, the show also gave out Do Something with Animals to Kellan Lutz and Do Something Kick Ass to Survive to Christina Applegate. All the winners will also be posted on the Do Something website.
