'True Blood' news bites: New website, new fan and character posters, plus more
HBO's promotional onslaught for "True Blood" can be much at times. It's no wonder they produced that hilarious apology video. This week, new posters, pictures, and events are definitely doing their job - alerting us to the Season 3 premiere on Sunday, June 13!Zap2it has some of the most recent highlights for you:
New character posters: HBO released nine new character posters that really make the heart beat faster. All of them feature a returning cast member. We're pretty sure you'll have a hard time picking which one will be your new desktop wallpaper.
"True Blood" microsite: HBO has gathered all the Twitter Truebies into one place on their new site called BloodCopy.com. It showcases all the show-centric tweets on one page and hosts will facilitate conversation during the weekly episodes. During the premiere, fans will get a chance to win Ultimate Truebie prize packs and unlock virtual badges. We'll give it a swig.
Last collectible fan poster: The last poster before Season 3 starts asks the question, "Can 400 billion blood suckers be wrong?" I guess that depends on who's providing the blood, eh?
