'So You Think You Can Dance' Standout: Jarrell Robinson
How does a dude who is deaf have rhythm that is far superior to the rhythm of most boys with perfect hearing?"So You Think You Can Dance" introduced us to Jarrell Robinson on Wednesday (June 2) night and, well, wow.
The kid can't communicate without sign language, except of course, when the bass begins to kick.
He's speaking loud and clear...
Did you get that??
"I feel the music through the bass. And if I feel that one bass movement, I know that's a double step. If it's four or five beats, then I know I have to follow however many progressions it's taken."
Yeah, what he said.
How many "dancers" with full hearing can take a lesson from that?
God bless this boy.
Will definitely be begging Nigel to have him perform on the season finale.

hahaha leave it to Fox to exploit the kid. Bring him in, tell the story then say sorry your not good enough or your not right for it.
I do wish they'd let him stay for choreography. But maybe it was good to let him go on a high note. Whatever, as long as they invite him to perform on the finale, I'm happy. And I'm going to annoy Nigel about it every freaking time I see him between now and then.
