'Pretty Little Liars': Lucy Hale on funeral scene and a sneak peek!

"Pretty Little Liars" is one of the hottest new shows coming your way this summer. It tells the tale of four high school girls in the smalltown of Rosewood that may seem picturesque -- but is actually hiding something much darker.The girls start to get mysterious messages signed "A," causing them to wonder if it has anything to do with their missing friend Allison. In the pilot, there is a funeral scene -- but who is it for? You'll have to tune in to find out.
"Liars" star Lucy Hale (Aria Montgomery on the show) tells Zap2it that the funeral scene was her favorite part of filming so far. "Since we all have our separate storylines, we don't always get to work together, but I just love when all of us get together and do a huge scene. In the pilot, there's a huge funeral scene and probably every single cast member is there, so that's always fun," says Lucy.

Yet another episode of 'Rich white kids with problems'.
Don't get me wrong, this can be done properly. The OC did it with panache, though this was partly because the main character was a magnetic young man from the projects.
When, oh when will studio execs address what is actually going on with teens? I guess maybe when they start casting teens to play teens instead of 30somethings playing 16 year olds.
The guy who is in vampire diaries played a werewolf when I was 17. If I can no longer pass for 17, what makes him think he can?
Please people, do something new.
How about another Harpers Island? I was addicted to that for weeks! Something we know will end so we can put our energies into solving the mystery. There has to be someone willing to put a script out there that hasn't been through the toilet bowl.
Come on people!!!
