'FlashForward's' Joseph Fiennes, 'Twilight's' Jamie Campbell Bower travel to 'Camelot'
Joseph Fiennes didn't stay out of work for long.Less than a month after ABC canceled "FlashForward," he's got another gig -- as the wizard Merlin.
Starz and GK-TV announced Thursday (June 3) that Fiennes has been cast as Merlin in the upcoming series "Camelot." The series will "take a fresh approach to telling the Arthur story."
Eva Green ("Casino Royale") will play the role of the powerful sorceress Morgana. Arthur and Guinevere will be played by Jamie Campbell Bower ("Twilight: New Moon") and Tamsin Egerton, respectively.
Production is slated to begin later in June with the 10-episode series premiering in the first part of 2011.
