'Bethenny' breaks a record, 'Grey's Anatomy' gets a new regular

bethenny-frankel-gi-320.jpgWe still haven't figured out why there's a question mark in the title of "Bethenny Getting Married?" -- spoiler alert: she does -- but there's no question that people were interested in the show.

The Bravo show's debut Thursday (June 10) became the highest-rated series premiere in the history of the channel, scoring 2.1 million total viewers. More than 60 percent of those viewers -- 1.35 million -- fell into the adults 18-49 demographic.

That was nearly as many people as tuned into "Bethenny's" lead-in, the "Real Housewives of New York City" Season 3 reunion show. It drew 2.24 million people, 1.47 million of whom were in the 18-49 demo.

- As a reward for surviving the shooting spree on the "Grey's Anatomy" season finale, Dr. April Kepner will be sticking around for a while.

Sarah Drew has been promoted to a series regular on the ABC series for the fall, according to Fancast. She joins Jesse Williams, who like her came aboard the show as a recurring actor early last season, as a new regular.

Both of their characters came to the show as part of the Seattle Grace-Mercy West merger, and they're also the only two to survive the season finale shootings. Drew's character will thus be able to continue nursing the crush she has on her boss, Derek Shepherd (Patrick Dempsey).

- FOX has recast one of the roles in its midseason comedy "Mixed Signals."

Aya Cash, whose credits include guest spots on "Mercy," "Brotherhood" and all three "Law & Order" shows, is taking over the role played by Alexandra Breckenridge ("The Ex List") in the pilot, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The show centers on three friends (David Denman, Nelson Franklin and Kris Marshall) who find themselves in different phases of relationships; Cash will play Franklin's girlfriend.

Bethenny is a class act unlike nasty rude trash talking Jill. Funny how Jill was trying to be nice to Bethenny on the reunion, its like Jill get lost, she doesnt want to be your friend.

I bet that ugly tanned idiot Kelly is so mad that Bethenny has the highest rated show of the week.

Poor Jill and Kelly... Poor Things!

I don't get it. More people say 100 questions, but this show is a hit?

I agree with ****. No one wants to watch Jill or Kelly. Jill is a fame ***** and Kelly is just nuts! Can't someone just make them both go away. I've had enough of them. They bore me. Bethenny is fun to watch because she is real and nice but not too nice. Love her (Ramona and Alex too!)

kelly's my home girl so suck one you trashy b***h. She's the realest b***h around, unlike you and rude *** Bethany. and she is trashy, she was talking about having one night stands. way to be a role model sweetheart. F**k you and fu*k Bethany..

sounds like Kelly posted on here - huh? Anyone who thinks Kelly isn't nuts... is Kelly
