NBC picks up 'Perfect Couples.' Olivia Munn spills the details
The half-hour comedy "Perfect Couples" joins the list with "Chase," "Undercovers," "The Event," "Love Bites," and "Outsourced" as one of NBC's new shows for the 2010-2011 season. The series chronicles the misadventures of three couples as they struggle to find out what makes the ideal relationship. Olivia Munn, who stars in the ensemble, reveals details of the show to Zap2it.
"[Vance and Amy] are the fights-and-has-sex-a-lot couple, [Dave and Julia] are the normal couple and then there's my couple, which seems like they're perfect but is actually everything that's wrong with America," Munn explains. "They spend way too much money and don't have anything to back it up."
Munn portrays Leigh, who is coupled with Rex (Hayes MacArthur, "She's Out of My League"). And rounding out the cast is the aforementioned Dave (Kyle Howard, "My Boys"), Julia (Christine Woods, "Flash Forward"), Vance (Dave Walton, NBC's "100 Questions") and Amy (Mary Elizabeth Ellis, "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia").
Munn couldn't been more thrilled about the project, also telling us: "Doing this pilot was literally the best time of my life."
Jon Pollack ("30 Rock") and Scott Silveri ("Friends") are the executive producers while Andy Ackerman ("Seinfeld," "The New Adventures of Old Christine") is the director.

Hope she stays on AOTS too
she said on aots that she would try and make both work. honestly her contract is up next year so she'll stay until then.
Yea i really hope she does both. I might actually watch nbc now lol. And seriously is zap gonna do anything about the spammers anytime soon.
The Waitress!
Spammers! You can't stop them, you can only hope to contain them.
Reading this article, thinking this sounds like the same retreaded idea that has been tried over and over and over again and then I noticed "The Waitress". Now its must see.
I kind of hope she leaves AOTS and Alison Haislip takes over for her.
Dear god let her leave aots and let this show be cancelled and permit her to fade away into obligatory obscurity.
