'Lost' finale: All the unanswered questions, courtesy of College Humor

lost-finale-320.jpgFor those of you out there who were left a little cold by the "Lost" finale, the great folks from College Humor have compiled a neat little video of all the unanswered questions so you can keenly hone exactly from where your anger stems.

This is basically the entire series summed up in roughly 100 questions left unanswered now the show is over. As someone who liked the warm fuzzy moments of the finale but had some serious problems with what direction the entire show took in the last season, this video is a masterpiece.

What's really quite impressive about the video is that the finale just aired Sunday, May 23 and this video is up on the internet two days later, complete with clips to correspond with every question left. Excellent.

And hello ... DOES anybody want to get into "V"?

And suddenly it's apparent that the writers had NO idea what they were doing as they tossed in random questions just for the fun of it. F*ck Darlton, I'll never watch another one of their mind-f*ck programs again.

LOL!

And uh ... "DOES anybody want to get into "V"?"

No ... "V" is the worst show ever.

Face it, LOST was a great premise which got turned into a "long con." Ultimately, there was no "there" there and when the dust settles, all the current people raving about the finale will look back on this show and realize that it won't age well and will seem even more convoluted and silly than it does now. It was just a six-year-long scavenger hunt.

I stopped watching the show in Season 4 when it became clear that the writers had zero intention of answering any questions and were just throwing new questions and new mysteries out there just for the helluva it.

I find it hysterical that Cuse & Lindelof swore up and down FOR YEARS(!!!) that "purgatory" wasn't going to be the resolution and, low and behold, that's what they did. LMAO.

@IggyPop They said for years that the ISLAND wasn't purgatory, which it wasn't. The island was real.

I agree that there are a lot of unanswered questions, but do we really want answers to everything? Then there would be nothing to talk about and nothing for people to whine about :)

Good video. The only question they asked that was answered was "why weren't Echo, Michael and others in the church?" That was answered on Jimmy Kimmel, and they said it was because the ones that made a change for "good" instead of evil were in the church to move on. But the rest of the video is spot on.

As someone who LOVED the show and the finale (and thinks it will age BETTER), I thought this video was damn funny.

LOST is like my youngest niece, I love it to pieces but even I can admit that she can be a bit ugly.

@momma duke: You weren't the only enlightened one, almost everyone that watched LOST thought it was being made up as the show went on, including talk show hosts. But who cares? Despite all the loose ends, the core story is still great, as were many character 1-on-1 dialogues. And to "get out" at season 2 is just lame. You missed many great story arcs and good television.

LOL, I stopped watching lost
towards the end of season 2. I saw
this coming even back then. It started to look like the writers
were making it up as they went
along with no idea how they would
answer any questions, and yet,
they kept making things seem
like there was an answer, but
there really wasn't. And at the
end of the show, they painted
them selves into a corner with
too many questions to answer, so
they didn't. Cheap, i'm glad
i got out back in season 2, now
i can sit back and laugh, knowing
my instincts WERE RIGHT all along!!

In some weird way, this vid actually made me feel better about the finale. Man it's only been two days and I think I've already gone through my own 12 step program.
