TV of Tomorrow: Fall TV Preview 2010
'Ghost Whisperer,' 'FlashForward,' 'Law & Order': Which canceled show will you miss most?
CBS dropped the ax on several veteran shows Tuesday (May 18). Barring a last-minute save by another network -- which is often talked about but doesn't often happen this time of year -- "Cold Case," "Ghost Whisperer," "The New Adventures of Old Christine" and several other shows are on their way to the TV graveyard. They join the likes of ABC's "FlashForward" and "Better Off Ted" and NBC's "Law & Order" and "Heroes" on the cancellation pile. While none of them are huge surprises -- "Law & Order" probably qualifies as the biggest, since it's been around the longest -- but that doesn't mean their demise doesn't sting.
We want to know, then, which of these shows you'd like to have back. For the purposes of this particular debate, we're leaving out shows that are ending or have ended on their own terms, like "Lost" and "24," and those that had some warning about their cancellation and had a chance to wrap up, like "Ugly Betty" and "Dollhouse." We're talking here about shows that are getting the boot at this week's upfronts.
So which show will you miss most? Vote in the poll below and discuss it in the comments.

are they retarded? Ghost Whisperer is the most watched show at the 8pm slot on Fridays!
I cannot believe they canceled Ghost Whisperer! CBS totally sucks!!
Better Off Ted and FlashForward.
At the beginning of the season I watched five ABC shows (Better Off Ted, FlashForward, Lost, Ugly Betty and Grey's Anatomy), in a week I'm going to be down to one and that's the one that's less and less interesting as the seasons pass, when this one is compared to the first three it doesn't even seem to be the same show so I wonder if there's anything for me at ABC...
Of these, Law & Order. Ugly Betty is my top choice though. I don't recall any Fox program called Past Life.
Better Off Ted! I already miss Ted, Veronica, Phil, Lem, and Linda over at Veridian Dynamics!
Law and Order hand's down. I can't say I've been a huge fan in recent years but the show has been a tradition for a generation. That counts for something. And it managed to stay good even after all that time. Its demise once it made the 20 year mark was pretty much a done deal, but it'll still be missed. Just think - when L&O started there wasn't even an Internet to speak of! George Bush the first was president.
Law & Order deserves a farewell season. After 20 years on the air, NBC owes them that. It's a damn crime what they're doing to it.
FlashForward, which I criticized early on, really got better after the hiatus. Alas, the ratings damage was done and probably impossible to reverse. Contrast with V which seems to have gone downhill since the initial 4 episodes.
However, I will miss Dollhouse the most. And Numb3rs, despite a long slow decline in quality, was still enjoyable.
I will miss Flashforward. Every show that I like always gets cancelled. I should just stick to reading books!
Still missing Jericho in NW PA!
So will miss Better Off Ted.
