'Desperate Housewives': Which Wisteria Lane kid was switched at birth?
Season 6 of "Desperate Housewives" has come and gone, leaving us with a whole summer to wonder which Wisteria Lane kid was switched at birth. Our first thought?
It must be M.J. Delfino.
With the return of Paul Young (Mark Moses) at the end of Sunday's (May 16) finale, M.J. seems like the obvious choice.
Paul has a motive. He probably blames Mike Delfino (James Denton) for the loss of his son Zach, who disappeared with his dead grandfather's money not long after he found out that Mike was his biological dad and that Paul had stolen him when he was a baby.
Switching Mike's brand new infant boy at birth seems like a pretty good way to get back at him, no?
Of course, if that's true, Paul has technically robbed Mike of two sons and we're not exactly sure how that's fair, but things in Fairview often aren't.
So, what do you think?
Is M.J. the kid who was swapped at the hospital? Or is that too obvious? Could it be one of Gaby's little munchkins? Lynette's? Danielle's little Ben whom Bree pretended to carry?

It cut to Gabby's kids when the switched at birth segment finished.
Plus it would make sense since they don't look like her.
It couldn't be Ben, because Ben was born in Kitchen. It wouldn't be one of lynettes. Maybe it's MJ switched with the Dash girl, but that'd be really blatantly obvious. I'm thinking somehow it's going to involve Andrew.
I hope it is M.J. kind of sick of that kid.
For some reason the nurse had retired because of that so I would be led to believe it would be on of the recent births.
Ben is out because he was born in the kitchen.
Gabby's kids would be kind of double trouble for next season considering Carlos and Gabby will be dealing with finding out who was responsible for Carlos's mother's death.
I think Bri's story line will involve building her and Gabby's Friendship again and Andrew's potential jail time and her and Orson's marriage.
Lynette now that might be possible considering nothing really was really set up for her next season. Poor little Penny.
Finally, my hopeful M.J. wouldn't it be perfect for the blonde haired boy (with two parents with dark brown hair) to not really be their's. Mike & Susan could end up with some financial compensation for the hospitals mistake getting them in the position of dueling with Paul for their house back. Who Knows?! but whatever it ends up being it will be exciting.
I thought it was MJ first but now it seems like one of Gabby's girl. Just glad that Mark is back on the show. Loved the show when it first aired but after pushing up 5 years I lost interest. It was much more campy and fun before they ALL had kids.
Worst finale ever!!! We all knew Paul Young was coming back to the show and Orson was leaving. It seems obvious that Gaby and Carlos' youngest would be the switched child. I don't think that kid has had more than two words of dialogue. It would be an interesting plot point to give her some beautiful child for next season. Those kids were born during the 5 year series jump, so the audience knows little of their births. Where's Eddie? Did he escape? Will thet even mention him next year?
This series needs an overhaul. They promoted John Barrowman's terrorist character as ' the greatest evil ever to come to Wisteria Drive'. Hardly. And, would Susan actually give up her home to serve her husband's insecurities? Hardly. I think Marc Cherry's creativity with this project has run it's course. I wouldn't be shocked if next season is the finale of this once admired show.
Is Julie the same age as Andrew?..If so they could have been switched...after all Julie and Bree look more alike than Julie and Susan. Also, could Sam really be Bree's? Those are the thoughts I have had.
My first guess was Carlos and Gaby's "silent bobita" but it's probably M.J. (Teri Hatcher will want that storyline, no?!) and I think that jessie is right about this being a way that Mike & Susan can solve their financial troubles.
The Sam storyline ended up being such a cop-out and this new baby-switch thing is such a cliche...sigh! Glad that they've finally addressed the Bree situation though...many fans (like me!) have wondered why it was "ok" for Andrew to run someone over but not Orson (though I like Andrew much better than Orson and hope he somehow sticks around, i.e. Carlos (if Gaby tells him!) doesn't kill him!)!!
I agree with Lost fan, its gonna be MJ... Also, I agree that this was probably one of the worst season finales I;ve ever seen.. Ever. What a letdown. And I'll miss Angie. Her family, not so much, but I enjoy Drea de Mateo and thought she brought a fun vibe to the show. Oh well. And Paul Young back? Really? Like who cares.
Wow, do most of you guys have short term memory? Last season, they made it a point of stating that Susan gave birth the same night at the same hospital as Dave's (Edie's husband) ex-wife. Later, Susan and Mike ended up killing the wife and their daughter, which lead Dave to seek revenge. Last season, a lot of people thought that the baby switch would be revealed (especially since MJ looks like the actor that played Dave and not Susan or Mike). Looks like they held off to give Paul Young a storyline.
it cant be ben because he was born at home... MJ or parker are my best guesses :S
