CBS picks up 'Hawaii Five-0' remake, more
CBS will try to please Alex O'Loughlin fans once more.The network has reportedly picked up the remake of "Hawaii Five-O," in which O'Loughlin stars and at least three other new series for the fall, says The Hollywood Reporter's Live Feed blog.
O'Loughlin previously starred in CBS' one season and done series "Moonlight" and "Three Rivers."
Joining "Five-O" would be Tom Selleck's legal drama "Defenders," the family cop drama "Blue Bloods" and new Chuck Lorre comedy "Mike & Molly."
Selleck has a history with CBS as well, starring in the popular "Jesse Stone" movies.
CBS will officially announce its fall lineup at the network upfronts in New York on Wednesday, May 19.

Everyone is allowed an opinion as are you--2nd its Alex O'Loughlin not the way you spelled it and most important he has thousands of fans just waiting to have him stuffed down our throats!
They are pushing O'Laughlin like he is married to Stephanie McMahon. If you aren't a smart mark, you probably won't get it.
I'm just glad they picked up 5-0 as its been like two years since I've heard they picked it up. Hopefully this is the first modern remake to hit.
I was just thinking about Chuck Lorre's potential new sitcom and if he was going to do one with this Men stuff going on. Mike & Molly sounds like a huge winner and the next sitcom hit.

Not so fast--Michael Aussello just tweeted that CBS is picking up the CM spin off. Again, I'm not real excited but I *might* give it a chance. It depends on what else is on.
I really like Miami Medical. I hope that will be picked up at some point.
