'Bones': T.J. Thyne talks Hodgela and how they got their groove back
[Spoiler Alert: If you haven't seen the May 6 episode of "Bones," go watch it. Then come back to hear what T.J. Thyne has to say about the hour.]Hey, Hodgins finally got his girl!
It's been a long time coming. I mean, the dude kept the ring he bought for their wedding-that-never-was in his wallet for three years.
So, Mazel Tov, man!
Korbi TV caught up with T.J. Thyne (Hodgins) last month and, as you can see in the video below, he is practically beaming as he tells former co-star Eric Millegan (Zack) how "Hodgela" gets hitched.
And what does he think of the duo's quickie wedding?
"I'm so excited -- it was a really great storyline," Thyne tells us. "For Michaela [Conlin, who plays Angela] and I, it was a blast also because we didn't get to work with each other as much as we were working with each other [before], so we were both kind of missing that interaction. It's been really fun to kind of bring it back together and we had a blast on that."
And as it turns out, a Hodgela wedding is what Thyne has wanted from the start.
"I'm stoked, I'm really excited for Jack," he says. "My one thing since this show started was I hope he ends up with Angela in the end."

Can't wait to see where Hodgela goes next. They are such rich characters the possibilities are huge. I'd like to get a peek at Hodgins' estate...maybe find a body there. That would be fun...especially if they found it in the apartment over the garage and it had been there about two or three years. The first thought: uh-oh, better talk to Zac.

I've noticed that all the interview you post after a show aired are interview you did during the celebration of the 100th episode. Would it be possible for you to post the entire footage after the end of this season? I think it could keep us occupied before the show returns this fall.
That was wonderful! And how nice that TJ actually came here and watched the video. I was so happy last night watching Hodgins and Angela get married - yay! Wow, that was a long time coming. "I'm your guy." Seriously, how great is Hodgins? There may be a few bumps, but you just know those two crazy kids will stay together for good. Great job, TJ and Michaela!
Glad TJ liked the story for it made Hodge look stupid and pathetic. The only plus to the Hodgela scenes was the power of the fastforward button.
