'Weeds' returns in August. Happy 4/20!
"Weeds" would like to wish you a Happy 4/20 with some news.
The Showtime series will light up its sixth season on Monday, Aug. 16 at 10 p.m. ET/PT.
That means we'll find out exactly what happened with Nancy (Mary-Louise Parker), her clan and Pilar (Kate del Castillo) post-croquet bashing.
Nancy certainly weaved a tangled web for herself last season with her Mexican crime boss hubby Esteban (Demian Bichir). We wonder what the new season will bring, especially since there's a baby around.
Following the "Weeds" premiere, stay tuned for the series premiere of "The Big C," starring Laura Linney.

This show has been circling the drain since they moved to Mexico. I could barely sit through last season so I don't plan on watching this year.
Oh, and they should have never dropped Conrad.
Weeds is one of the best shows on TV. I absolutely love it. I couldn't disagree more with the previous comment. Last season was incredible and that was one hell of a season finale! I hope Pilar is dead. That would make for a juicy jumping off point for season 6. Go Shane! And I'd like to go on record to request many more Silas(Hunter Parrish) nude scenes. My god he's blossomed into one hot a$$ mofo.
The move from Agrestic really screwed with the show...time to get back to basics
O my god I cannot wait. Don't understand the criticism for the post Agrestic weeds. It's not like they could stay the after Nancy burned the neighborhood down. Talk about a blaze of glory and reinvention. This show just keeps getting better and deeper.
