As "Project Runway" comes to a close for its seventh season, the show is already looking for the next crop of designers. Bunim Murray Productions is currently casting for Season 8 contestants.

So if you think you or someone you know has what it takes to think up creative designs on the fly, deal with Heidi Klum's critiques and give good quote, then apply at www.bunim-murray.com/prcasting.

You must be 21 or over and submit a short video. The deadline is Tuesday, April 27.

Competitors vie for the chance to show a collection at New York Fashion Week and win $100,000 to launch a line.

I absolutely LOVE this show. It makes me wish I'd learned how to sew my own clothes. I keep waiting for the Gone with the Wind episode where they make them design outfits from the curtains.

I have to ask myself are they racist on project runway. I have seen 2 african american finalist that should have won base on there clothing and judges opinions...I want watch it again because I don't feel like it was fair...

The judges are racist...! I want watch the show again

I have to say that I too thought the wrong decision was made. I like Seth's clothes, but to me Emilio won hands down, which is what Faith kept trying to tell them. Seth's purple dress, now who would seriously wear that? It even made the model look strange, and it just looked totally uncomfortable. The only thing I liked about it was the color. However, everything Emilio sent out there was wearable and just beautiful. The man obviously can make clothes. Even the judges said that out of three his clothes were the best, but they chose Seth based on something about Emilio presented a line instead of a collection. I don't care what it was, but it was the best out of the three, PERIOD.

OK, how in the heck can Heidi be a racist when she is married to Seal?

Have you ever watched a runway show and actually thought you would buy an outfit off the runway and wear it??? That's what Emilio had. Outfits that could be worn off of the runway. That's not what they were looking for. Um and yes, I agree, Heidi is married to Seal. I really doubt there is any racism going on.

I do have to wonder why people without white skin compete on this program. They are never going to have a consistent judge of color. Preferences for clothing, like food, are often culturally and ethnically based. If your skin is not white, you are wasting your time on this show. The furthest they will ever make it is to the final. I believe this is the 3rd or 4th time, the white guy has won over the last person of color. Each time the person of color has won more challenges and received greater praise than the white person. However, the white person always wins. Coincidence?

firstly, i find it ignorant for those not of color to chime in as to what is or is not a racist act. unless it's been done to you, and you've actually been on the receiving end - then please don't act as if you are the authority on the subject. Angela, darling i'm sure you meant well - but the line how can Heidi be racist when she is married to Seal is ridiculous. She doesn't have to be a racist for the show as a whole to discriminate. That's as if you found out that a Ku Klux Klan member is secretly married to a black woman. According to you, the KKK is not a racist group because one of them is married to a black woman. Does that make any sense? Besides you need to remember her vote only counts as one. So even if Heidi votes for the black designer and the other 2 judges does not - then after 7 seasons and an all star there will continue to never be a black winner on Project Runway.

Racist? No way.

I would say that sexism is more likely. Most of the females here bit the dust way early!

Angela wasn't the one who said that about Heidi. The name of the person who writes a post is under the post. And...you all crack me up. Everything has to be about racism and controversy huh? No matter who wins or loses, someone will always find fault in the decision.
