'Dancing With the Stars': Kelly Ripa thinks Aiden Turner was 'robbed'
"All My Children's" Aiden Turner said his goodbyes to "Dancing With the Stars" on Tuesday (April 13) night, and he stopped by "Live with Regis and Kelly" Thursday to talk about it.Kelly Ripa (also an "All My Children" alum), for one, thinks it wasn't Turner's time to go.
"I think you guys were robbed," exclaimed a worked-up Ripa. "And I think that certain people are judged on like a different plane than everyone else."
"Certain people" most likely meaning the lead-footed Kate Gosselin, who actually got praise from the judges for her sub-par dancing on Monday while still bringing in the lowest score of the night.
As for who Turner thinks has the best prospects for winning: "Well, I really like Nicole [Scherzinger]," says Turner. But he can't ignore the Kate factor either.
"You know, I mean Kate's getting a lot of attention ... and Nicole just seems to be under the radar."
What's up next for the dashingly handsome Brit? Ripa thinks he should be the next James Bond. We could see that. Turner says his plan is, in fact, to pursue a film career -- and he's headed to Hollywood "tomorrow" to start auditioning. Good luck, Aiden!

Who in the world is voting for Kate. She is the worst dancer, worst attitude, worst person on the show. She shows no class at all.

Kate isn't at all sexy, so it must be self-loathing women who are voting for her. God knows, anyone with an ounce of respect for herself wouldn't vote for a woman who represents the worst in everything ... especially motherhood.
Kate is getting 2 more TLC shows because self0-loathing women like Sheri will tune in - therefore bringing ratings - therefore making money. Trust me - TLC does not think Kate is a great person - just a cash cow - emphasis on the "cow" part.

Kate is making progress and keeps trying. Kate gets "a lot of attention" because she has fans. She is a single mom who's trying in every way.
Eileen, you're dead wrong that "Kate isn't sexy so it must be self-loathing women voting for her etc." That's ridiculous jumping to conclusions thinking. I'm a straight woman -- why on earth would I vote for her on a "sexy" scale. People like you just keep making the most ridiculous assumptions!
Don't make assumptions! It's your opinion that Kate "represents the worst in everything... including motherhood" NO WAY.
Actually the opposite is true for me and a lot of others who keep voting for her. We appreciate that she is awesome because of many reasons. She tries, she admits her faults, she progresses and is interesting to watch BECAUSE of her imperfections.
Many people are so narcissistic and boring that they never admit when they're wrong or that they make mistakes. Kate is different! She's awesome and her fans are many. That's why she was just given not 1 but 2 more TLC shows, plus is in demand on many TV shows as a co-host etc.
Kate's fans are getting their way -- Kate IS awesome and she IS classy and GO KATE.
If you don't like her make changes in your own lives with your own kids and stop watching her on TV!

I have a feeling that all the frigid, bitter, hate-their-husbands women across the country are rooting for and voting for Kate. She's their new idol. I'm surprised they didn't fawn all over Heather Mills too.
