'American Idol': Allison Iraheta, Orianthi join Adam Lambert tour

Adam Lambert's Glam Nation has picked up a couple of new citizens.Last year's "American Idol" runner-up has set the dates for a summer tour, as well as his two opening acts: fellow "Idol" finalist Allison Iraheta and singer-guitarist Orianthi, who's appeared twice on "Idol" this season.
The Glam Nation Tour will kick off June 4 in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., and hit mid-sized venues mostly in the eastern half of the country (plus one stop in Canada) throughout June and July. The only West Coast stop is a two-night stint at the Orange County Fair on July 27-28. It will wrap up Sept. 18 at its biggest venue, Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Fla.
Lambert and Iraheta have obviously performed together before, following last summer's "American Idol" tour with a February show where they shared the stage with winner Kris Allen. "I am such a fan of Allison's music and I am so excited for her to perform it live in front of an audience," Lambert says of her. "We have such a great brother-and-sister energy. ... She is pure rock and roll."
Orianthi -- who like Lambert and Iraheta is represented by "Idol" producer 19 Entertainment -- played guitar on "Sleepwalker" on Lambert's album and has a hit in her own right with "According to You." She performed on the "Idol" results show earlier this season and was in Mary J. Blige's backing band on "Idol Gives Back."

I honestly cannot stand Allison. Good luck to her when she no longer has Adam to temporarily revive her after her
disastrous first album. This time next year, she'll be playing at little bars around the country. Mark my words.
Nothing in the south (except way east in St. Petes) or southwest is really uncool.
I want to see ADAM not Allison. I had to sit through her on the tour and that was bad enough. Have her go on tour with Kris Allen. The two of them couldn't sell out a garage.

Allison, Kris, and Adam are three of the best singers to ever come off of Idol. They all deserve to have their wonderful music played everywhere. Hell, these three deserve to tour the world. Separately though. Not together. As much as I love Kradison, I want them to have their own tours.

Geez, lighten up! Some people can be so mean! Allison is a young woman who is still growing into her stage presence and, right now, has an AWESOME voice. So what if she isn't YOUR ideal of beauty? I think she's cuter than cute. She has gained a lot of experience since the AI tour and I think the mix of her, Adam, and the amazing guitar of Orianthi is going to be a wonderful show!!! And I think that if Adam had his way he would perform in every state, in every county, but he doesn't have that much power. I find myself becoming very selfish and wanting him to still be playing in small venues when he comes to my part of the country, I would love the intimate performance!!!
