'American Idol': Adam Lambert on female voters, the cutest boy and the Season 9 stand-outs

We saw Adam Lambert mentor the Season 9 "American Idol" contestants. Now he takes the stage to perform his hit "Whataya You Want From Me." But in between he took some time backstage to talk with Zap2it about the voting demographics and his favorite Season 9 Idols.
When asked about the Season 9 female struggling (they've had three women go home versus no men being eliminated yet), Lambert commented that it definitely shows that women are the ones that vote. So girls don't vote for other girls? "Not as much as the boy they think is cute," he quips.
Of course, everyone pounces on that. Which boy is the cutest? "You tell me!" Adam teases. "That's up to you, not me. That'll just be sensationalized and turned into another headline," he laughs.
But seriously, Adam. Who are the stand-outs this season? "Vocally, it would be Michael. He's probably my favorite voice," says Adam. "Casey, Crystal, Lee. And then Siobhan and Katie are both really strong singers, they're really good. It's kind of early to tell, I think ... They've still got time to develop and figure out what they want to be on that stage."
So everyone but Tim, Andrew and Aaron? Got it.

Tim has a similar vocal tone to Kris Allen and similar lack of vocal control. He'll probably win.
Ha, I love how Adam avoids answering the stupid questions like 'Who do you think is the cutest guy'? I doubt reporters would have asked a straight guy which girl was the cutest. Adam said that Mike was his favorite voice, but he didn't say he was going to win. Obviously, Mike wasn't popular to survive past the top 9 without the judges' save. It was a bit of a cop-out for him to mention everyone being a stand-out besides, Andrew, Aaron and Tim. I would not be surprised if Tim ends up being the most marketable contestant from this season, besides maybe Crystal if she wins.
Um, Carolyn, Kris Allen is leaps and bounds more talented than Turban. And, Kris can sing on key. That's kind of important, if you're gonna win this show.

i think tim will win besides the fact that lee and crystal are the best. remembet the best always come to second.tim has kris allen qualities but better voice. clean humble image. by the way im a diehard adam fan cant forget when he didnt win.
