hells kitchen is ok, but lie to me is terrible. Why put that fake crap on again? Like anyone really believes these people are going to destroy their lives on national telivision for a million dollars in which the government will take half and the state anothe quarter. PA-LEASE!!
mamaduke, I think you're confused about what Lie to Me is.
mamaduke, you are thinking about "Moment of Truth" which was a pitiful "reality" show on FOX. "Lie to Me" is more of a crime show similar to "The Mentalist" where the characters specialize in reading faces to determine when a criminal is lying.
This doesn't bode well for a 3rd season of Lie to Me. Burning off the remainder of the 2nd season in the summer isn't exactly a vote of confidence. A shame, I like the show and Tim Roth.
Lie to me is deserves renewal more than either 24 or Fringe.
I am looking forward to watching Lie To Me and Hells Kitchen during the summer. Atleast it won't all be reruns.
Get rid of Jack Bauer and re-employ Cal Lightman - the truth is written all over OUR faces...
Lie to me is an awesome show. I hope it gets renewed. I believe they originally were only doing a half season. Then in December or so got the green light to finish they season. Which is good. I think it is a good sign for the show.
It seems even the best shows are getting chopped up with three-quarter and half seasons, like Lie To Mie and Supernatural. Ever since that strike in Hollywood a while back. What's going on? Or are they just trying to shortsheet-I mean- short season us when we go to buy the season dvd sets?
Lie to me and house are the only shows I really like watching any more- I hope lie to me gets a bit more technical, like bring in Paul Ekman for some consulting and- even if it's just a single sub-plot in one episode- show how some of the skills could be used on the fly. That's gotta be good for some interesting fun. Looking forward to the new season- too bad fox is dumbing down their programing so much and not promoting and scheduling the decent work as it should be championed.
