'Kitchen Nightmares' ordered for third season
Gordon Ramsay will be back playing fix it at FOX.The network has ordered a third season of his reality show "Kitchen Nightmares," FOX announced Wednesday (March 17).
This means that Chef Ramsay will be back to help the helpless when it comes to running their restaurants -- whether it's revamping their menu, giving the decor a makeover or adjusting a few attitudes.
Hopefully, all this work means the failing restaurants won't have to close its doors.
"Kitchen Nightmares" is currently airing its second season on FOX. On the Friday, March 19 episode, Chef Ramsay tries to resuscitate Mama Rita's Mexican restaurant in Newbury Park, CA.

I am pretty sure that the show is in the 3rd season already on Fox, and Zap2It meant it was picked up for a fourth season.
Season 1 aired in 2007.
Season 2 aired in 2008-09.
Season 3 is currently airing.
Chris, actually I believe season one was split into 2 airing cycles. So technically this is Fox's 3rd ordering.
SZL is right. I watch it on HULU and there is a disclaimer stating NBC requested that HULU assign season 2 to season 1. So now only two seasons are listed.
2nd season, 3rd season, not a big deal. I'm just happy KN is coming back. I'm allergic to reality TV, with the exception of anything having to do with Chef Ramsay. Both of his shows on Fox are very entertaining.
And why is this loudmouth coming back on the air? Oh that's right, FOX is desperate for programming.
That's odd. I wonder why Fox had such a large gap between the seasons.
Does that mean we can expect more than the 10-13 "filler" episode order for the next season?
