Jimmy Kimmel was a guest on "The Late Show with David Letterman" Tuesday night (March 16). Three guesses what they talked about.The two late-night hosts rehashed Kimmel's role in eating Jay Leno's lunch in January, shortly after NBC announced it was moving Leno back to late night and Conan O'Brien was bumped from "The Tonight Show."
Kimmel recounted how he had done an entire show as Leno -- "It's fun to be Jay; it's easier," he joked -- and that his brutal takedown of Leno on "The Jay Leno Show" came as a result of that. He also noted that Leno didn't call him afterward.

i don't normally watch letterman but i dvr'd this episode to see the kimmel interview. kimmel is underrated.
Kimmel is boring and so is Letterman. These two are just pots calling the kettle black. This is all old news. Let's move on to something worth discussing.

It's funny how Kimmel and Letterman have to talk about Leno in order to get ratings, yet Leno doesn't have to say a peep about either of them to attract more viewers than they get. And why would Kimmel think it's ok to bash Leno on his own show and then expect him to be a good sport and call him? As if Kimmel wouldn't have a total meltdown if someone had done that to him.
i like Kimmel but these guys are getting in cheap shots at the guy who keeps beating them in the ratings! LOSERS!
i watched the clip and it does appear that Dave has extended an olive branch, while Jimmy wants to keep the "Jay Hate" going. so on second thought, i'm cutting Dave some slack here. Regardless, glad Leno is back in the late night business!
I used to like Kimmel, but it did seem as if he was kicking someone lying in the dirt.
