'Good Morning America': Usher on guiding Justin Bieber

Usher joined Robin Roberts on "Good Morning America" Monday, March 29 to talk about his new album "Raymond vs. Raymond," his mentor Michael Jackson and his record label Us Records' new teen sensation Justin Bieber.Usher had this to say about guiding a young superstar like Justin Bieber:
"Having this type of success at this age can be very overwhelming. I'm really happy that I'm able to pull from my own experiences to help him understand how to handle it."
It sounds like the name of "Usher" is apropos it comes to the new-found teen heartthrob Bieber. Watch the rest of the interview below.
