'American Idol': Adam Lambert's 'If I Had You' is next official single

"If I Had You" is the next official single being released off "American Idol" runner-up Adam Lambert's debut album "For Your Entertainment."19 Entertainment confirms to Zap2it that "If I Had You" is next in line, but it is "still weeks away before it's released. ['Whataya You Want From Me'] is still strong at radio."
This can't come as much of a surprise to Glambert fans -- he performed "If I Had You" on "The Oprah Winfrey Show" more than two months ago. Watch below.
In addition to this exciting new release, Adam is currently jet-setting all over the world on a tour. He'll wrap the first week of April in Canada, then come back to the States for two weeks (which hopefully will include his return to "American Idol") and then it's off again back to London, Zap2it has learned from Adam's management. So busy!

Great. I love the song.I noticed Oprah singing right along, knowing all the lyrics, she is a fan too. His album is really really good, it is packed with potential single hits.

This song,or Soaked,or Fever,or Sleepwalker,or Pick U Up, or Voodoo, or Down The Rabbit Hole-etc-Adam could put out a great new single every month. Wondrful.
Good delivery, but I would still prefer to see him do an album of the songs he performed on American Idol, particularly Ring of Fire.
I really think he sang a lot beter when he was in American Idol, i think that now he's too comertial! He's album is not what I expected, I wanted something diferent. something like Take One, I really think that Take One is so much better tha FYE. I still love him though, and want to see him live!!! :D
I was actually rooting for SLEEPWALKER or FEVER as the next single, but the album is so good, every single one of the tracks is worth a single and a video. As far as returning to Idol...I seem to remember Adam tweeted that he was booked but it would be a ways off. Hoping that means he'll be doing a huge number on the Finale.
If I Had You always made me wanna dance and move. It has the potential as a hit song.
Last time we had the slow Whataya Want From Me. Usu. the next single would be energetic, fast in beat.
Fever will no doubt be banned on the radio currently. It's impossible to have it as an official single without a huge hit beforehand.
So my perfect order is If I Had You, Sleepwalker then Fever.
