'Valentine's Day' countdown: Taylor Lautner, Taylor Swift meet cute
"Twilight" hottie Taylor Lautner and music starlet Taylor Swift met cute on the set of "Valentine's Day" in 2009. They even share a tender kiss in the film! After their short shoot, there were rumors about them dating, having dinner, him flying to Nashville to see her.
Taylor Swift whispered a "Hi, Taylor" when she appeared "Saturday Night Live." And Taylor Lautner did a skit about protecting Swift from Kanye West on his "SNL" stint. He even had a cut-out of her onstage with him.
Everything seemed to be going so well. But the course of young celebrity love never did run smooth. And before you could say, "Twilight Saga" it was reported that they were no longer together and had supposedly broken up because well, she just wasn't that into him. Something about "no chemistry," if you can believe that. Check them out in the trailer for "Valentine's Day."
Swift didn't even show up for the premiere of "Valentine's Day" this week. Poor Taylor Lautner had to put on a brave face and told Access Hollywood that it was a "bummer" she couldn't be there but she was busy touring.
We aren't sure if his heart was breaking but ours sure is.

Hello SIMON. Wow you are a critic. You know what? Why don't you just shut up? Because she is talented and very beautiful. She may not be as talented as oh-so-mighty and SLUT Madonna. And Bitchy Spears. But she is very talented and lucky to have a spot at the big shots. In other words, she's way more talented then you can ever be. Because she's a big hit. And I don't see your name in lights or you on tour. OR you are the judge SIMON from American Idol than correct me.
I saw this movie already during a free showing Tuesday. Swift probably didn't show up because of how terrible her 3 minutes on screen were. I swear, the audience did not laugh at any of her antics on screen, she needed better coaching. Her stuff could have been funny, but she just didn't pull it off.....kinda like her SNL appearance.

Td, you might want to check your facts! The reason Taylor Swift didn't show up is because she is busy touring in Australia. Plus, Taylor's appearance on SNL was one of the best in the past few year in Ratings as well as in critical acclaim! She is a very very talented and very funny musician/actress!
