'Valentine's Day' countdown: Jessica Alba
Jessica Alba is the next celeb to be featured in Zap2it's "Valentine's Day" countdown for the month of love.Alba won our hearts long ago, first as a child star in "Camp Nowhere" and "P.U.N.K.S." Then there was her brief teen movie stage. Before starring opposite Devon Sawa in "Idle Hands," she played one of the three mean girls in the Drew Barrymore teen rom com "Never Been Kissed."
You can see her several times in the "Never Been Kissed" trailer below.
Yes, before Alba's dance flick "Honey," there was Disco Barbie.
We also love the moves she did on "Dark Angel," the series in which she played a genetically enhanced super soldier in a dystopian future. The producers knew that it was Alba's looks, however, that was one of the main draws, so they occasionally added scenes like this one:
Alba is also known for "Sin City," the "Fantastic Four" films and the recent Sundance Film Festival thriller "The Killer Inside Me." Her only other rom com cred besides "Valentine's Day" is "Good Luck Chuck."
In "Valentine's Day," she plays Morley Clarkson (Morley?!?), the girlfriend of Reed (Ashton Kutcher), who proposes to her. She's blonde again, which really isn't our favorite look for her, but she's still gorgeous.
"Valentine's Day" hits theaters nationwide on Friday, Feb. 12.

I first discovered her on Dark Angel and immediately fell in love with her. Such a shame that show was cancelled (yes I know the 2nd season kind of sucked but it rebounded towards the end). Fox, you realized you had a young hot star and James Cameron bedhind the show right?
one of the worst actresses working today
WOW...I cannot believe that another Valentine Season is upon us. Truth of the matter is that when it comes to that special someone in your life...everyday should really be valentines day shouldn't it?
