'The Office' moves up Pam's due date
NBC has decided to bring Jim and Pam's "Office" baby into the world a little ahead of schedule. The network said Monday (Feb. 8) that it's changing the schedule of the episodes in which Pam (Jenna Fischer) gives birth. Rather than airing a two-part story over two weeks on March 4 and 11, the episodes (titled "The Delivery Part 1 and 2") will now air as an hour-long show on Thursday, March 4. The episode will be the show's first after its Winter Olympics break.
The first half of the hour will find Pam and Jim (John Krasinski) waiting as long as possible to go to the hospital after contractions start, so they can have more time there after the baby is born. Pam's co-workers pitch in by trying to distract her from the pain.
Part 2 of "The Delivery" will focus on Michael's (Steve Carell) nerves as he awaits news of the birth -- show of hands, everyone who thinks he'll try to be with Pam and Jim in the delivery room? Back at Dunder Mifflin, Andy (Ed Helms) gets jealous when Erin (Ellie Kemper) goes out to lunch with Kevin (Brian Baumgartner).
"The Office" will air a new episode Thursday (Feb. 11), then take the following two weeks off while NBC broadcasts the Winter Olympics.

Cancel the show already. The first two seasons and a few episodes in season three are good. Everything else not so much.
1) This show jumped the shark when these two got married.
2) Pam's character is EXTREMELY annoying the past two seasons. It would not be a big deal if she wasn't on the show.
So if you don't like, don't watch. Personally I think the show hit a high mark when Jim & Pam got married. Even as a "married couple", they are still very interesting. How many tv couples can you say that about??
And Andy jealous of Kevin?? Seriously. You have got to be kidding me. Kevin's great, but come on.
"If you don't like, don't watch." That is such a tired argument. Some of us did quit watching, but we can still type our opinions as to why we don't watch anymore. That's why the comment section is here. It's funny how people are offended when you quit liking what they watch. So only positive opinions count and no real criticism? Some writers actually listen to it, unlike you fanboys and fangirls.
The reason "if you don't like, don't watch" is a valid argument is because people like you are only looking for a place to tell the world about how much you dislike something. Why are you even looking at this article? When I see a link about something I don't like, I don't bother clicking it! What's the point of making a deliberate effort to read an article about a show you don't like and then bashing it? Go find something you do like and stop being such a hater.
Jeez, all you ppl arguing here about nothing. Myself, i still love The Office and if some ppl don't, who cares?! Thanks for the update, Rick.
I love The Office with everything it's got. Jim & Pam is still the most adorable couple on the show; it's true that after their marriage people can get bored of them, but I'm not. I think there won't be any jealousy about Andy & Erin; they're just too awkward to have a date or to fall in love.
