'The Big Bang Theory': Evil Wil Wheaton returns
The man who dashed Sheldon's dreams not once, but twice, on "The Big Bang Theory" is coming back for more.Evil Wil Wheaton will return to the CBS comedy for an episode later this season, a network rep confirms to Zap2it. Evil Wil Wheaton is really just Wil Wheaton playing a not-very-nice version of himself, but we like the way it sounds.
Wheaton is scheduled to do a table read of the episode with the cast Wednesday (Feb. 24) and tape the episode next week. It should air sometime in April.
The former "Star Trek: The Next Generation" star wrote on his blog that he's excited to return as Sheldon's (Jim Parsons) nemesis: "Even though my personal motto is Don't Be A D**k, I've wanted to play an arch enemy for pretty much my entire career, and I love that ['Big Bang Theory' co-creator] Bill [Prady] described me that way, because I was kind of hoping I'd earn that position in the 'Big Bang' canon."
Wheaton made a geek-tastic first appearance on the show in October in an episode replete with "Trek" references and revolving around Sheldon seeking revenge on his No. 6 enemy via a fantasy role-playing card game. Here are some highlights from that episode.

I can't wait for this episode. The Big Bang Theory is one of my favorite shows. Will Sheldon ever get a romantic interest?
If you want to see a really cool Evil Wil Wheaton, check out Season 3 of "The Guild", he guest starred in many of the episodes. www.watchtheguild.com

I loved that episode. I guess my prayers have been answered, Wil Wheaton returns!
I think it is hilarious that Sheldon quotes Wrath of Kahn, while Wheaton was in Next Generation. (and how Raj points that one out.)
I wish they'd let Jim take Sheldon on "Sesame Street". He'd be great doing bits on science and math (in character, of course).
