Super Bowl: Best & Worst halftime performances
What are some of your favorite halftime shows? In the past 10 years or so, Super Bowl halftime shows have become almost as big as the game itself.
Some of the best include a rockin' performance by Prince at Super Bowl 2007, Paul McCartney saving us from any more "wardrobe malfunctions" in 2005 and an incredibly patriotic 9/11 remembrance by U2 in 2002.
Some of the not-so-good ones include Janet Jackson's boob in 2004, a cavalcade of pop helmed by Britney Spears in 2001 and a weird collection of people that included Edward James Olmos in 2000. (Seriously, what was Admiral Adama doing at the Super Bowl halftime show?)
How will 2010 Super Bowl halftime performers The Who fare on the list? Check out all the Best & Worst in our gallery of Super Bowl halftime shows.

The Who are gonna be great! I saw them a couple years ago, and they've aged wonderfully. It'll be a great show as long as they don't sing "My Generation," since I think they've outlived the "I hope I die before I get old" lyric.
The Who r awlful, there to old, get some younger performers that can sing. They use to be good back then. this is now.
Hey, what gives, are all the superbowls going to be throw backs to the old days or what? If so I say make the game interesting for the fans and give the players leather helmets and some padding. Otherwise step it up and catch up to the times. Almost like watching lipsinkin prunes.
The SUPER Bowl half time performance of the "who" was horrible. I should of watched Sponge Bob.....
If anyone watching close enough, the lead guitarist for The Who wasn't actually playing. He was actually singing, but was air guitaring like crazy. The young guy in the shadows behind them, next to the bassist, was actually playing for that old guy. I thought the half time show was a complete joke after dude made it apparent he wasn't actually playing the guitar himself.
