'Smallville: Absolute Justice': Meet the Justice Society
"Smallville" reaches way back into the DC Comics archives Friday (Feb. 5) for its two-hour movie "Absolute Justice."
How far back? Dr. Fate (Brent Stait) and Stargirl (Britt Irvin) back. We're talking Justice Society of America here.
Hawkman (Michael Shanks) is part of the action too.
"Absolute Justice" will find Clark (Tom Welling) uncovering the JSA's old headquarters and teaming up with Stargirl when it appears someone is bumping off former members of the group. Oliver (Justin Hartley) and John Jones (Phil Morris) also get invovled.
"Absolute Justice" airs at 8 p.m. ET Friday. Will you be watching?

SO EXCITED!!!!
Much as I've been waiting a decade for Smallville to actually start bringing in characters from the comics that actually look and act like characters from the comics (Zatanna was a good start), the live-action Hawkman just looks silly and Stargirl looks like someone dressed up for a sci-fi convention.
Well, all I want to know, now that we're getting into the Justice Team and all this, when does Superboy get his gottdamn suit!
Come on, we've waded through the tee shirts, the sweaters, a million jackets, a whole plethra and regalia of mixed colors of red and blue...
GIVE HIM THE SUIT ALREADY!
It's about time they got back to the real world of the comics.
I think Tom Welling is the hottest hunk on TV. I could watch him all day and night.

I agree, at first not having a teenager fly around in the blue tights and red cape, was very interesting, definitely something different, but the longer they drag it out, the worse its getting. He is at the Daily Planet already and still no Superman Suit. Now its so different its killing the show.
