MTV takes 'Movie Awards' and 'VMA's' back to Cali, to Cali, to Cali
Today (Thu. Feb. 11), the network announced that the "MTV Movie Awards" and the "MTV Video Music Awards" will both air live from Los Angeles this year.
The 19th annual "MTV Movie Awards," known for its hilarious celeb parodies of the big films that year, will air live on Sunday, June 6 from the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, Calif. The 27th annual "VMA's" will broadcast live on Sun., Sept. 12 at a still undetermined L.A. location.
Los Angelinos, are you ready to get your celebrity stalk on?
If last year's Bruno's backside meets Eminem incident at the "Movie Awards" and Kanye's tour-killing on-stage snub of country pop darling Taylor Swift at the "VMA's" are any indication of what we can expect, it may be worth camping out for tickets.
Some things do stay the same. "Survivor" producer Mark Burnett will return to helm the "Movie Awards" for his fourth consecutive year. Also, MTV Exec turned TV Producer, Jesse Ignjatovic, returns for his fourth year in a row to steer the "VMA's."
Who or what are you looking forward to at this year's MTV award shows in L.A.?

I'm sorry, but MTV has NOTHING to do with music, talent, OR anything worth watching.
I agree with Steve.
even with MTV making look like they have the award show in a routine that most like.. they need to fix most of the shows so people can like what they see the other 363 days of the year..
